We received a card In the mail to get a free jug just for coming in.We went in and they showed us cars on their lots.

My daughter wanted 1 of them so my husband co-signed for her a car and got approved. Their pressured sale people talked my husband and I In to getting a van for ourselve.

Durning the contract they filled out they set a interested rate and gave us a price of the Van and told us to come back the next day.

The next day we went back and they said that the bank called them and asked them what they were doing on this loan and they had made some mistakes? They told us they gave us a $2,000 trade in for our old van. The Van started out with a price of around $9,000. I looked it up on the Kelly Blue book and this was the right price for this year of van.

When we went back the next day their paperwork was filled out and my husband signed it and when I looked at it I was really mad and became upset with them. The price of the van went up to around over $13,000. The Interest rate had been changed and went up higher. By the time they got finished with our loan we received nothing on our old van.

I went around and around on this with them and they said it is to late now your old van is now gone.

So now we have a Van which is $4,000 or more over the Kelly Blue book value and also have to pay a higher interest rate then was told. This was slid in on the new paperwork. We didn't have the Van not even 2 full weeks and was told we needed new tires on it and the brakes are half wore out.

I was mad because they tried to sell me new tires and told them I wasn't going to buy new tires and my other van done had new tires on it and this was bullcrap.

So after I made complaints to much they said they would give us new tires under the program called Good Will.

After this they told me that they couldn't help me with nothing else.

We took out an extra warranty on this van and also on my daughter car. My daughter car was the right price in the Kellys blue book value. She also has had problem with her tires a few days after receiving this car. She has had to replace many bulbs and her car also needs brakes.

We also took out the extra warranty on her car and pay extra for this.

My daughter is able to keep up with her payments.

But us on the other hand have had some problems due to me getting sick and falling behind on the payments and was late.

They called our home 4,5,6 or more times a day telling us off and making threats.They have called our families homes and telling them they couldn't reach us which was a lie.

They have called our friends home and also telling them they couldn't reach us and for us to call them for it was a serious matter.

They have called 3 or more times at my husband work and told them it is important they reach him for they couldn't reach us at home, another lie.

We have a telephone recorder on our telephone and they can leave us a message if we are not at home.

My husband isn't allowed to receive all of these calls at his job and could be written up or fired over this.

When my husband told them this they were suppose to take his employer telephone number out of the computers and said they wouldn't call no more but this is another lie.

My husband told them if they get him fired from his job then they won't get any money and they can come and get their van.

When you go in and fill out paperwork they ask for references which they claim is to be used for making sure you are who you say you are which is another lie. They use these names to call these people up and let them know you are late on your payments and they can't reach you.

We have tryed to talked to these people but there is no talking to them at all.They are rude and yell at you and like to get people upset.

I am sick and don't feel like fighting with someone about a late payment which I tried to work out with them.

We made a payment by Western Union and 2 days later they were calling again.

They said they would come and pick up the Van.

I was fed up and said you know where it is and if you want it that bad then come and get it. I tryed to speak with their Supervisors and left messages but never received no calls from them on their employee's rude behaviors.

I will never buy another car,truck,van or anything else from Daimler Chrysler.

We have bought many cars in the past from other companies and never had these kind of rude behaviors from their employee's. The other companies tryed to work with people on receiving their payments. We have now found out a bit to late that they do this to other people with their calls all day and night and to friends and families and employers. Sick or now they don't care. They love to argue with you and make you even more sicker then you are.

I advise everyone not to buy a car,truck,van or anything else form this company just in case you would get out of work or become sick and become late on a payment because they will harrass you day in and day out.
