Danata Janofsky - Advantage Marketing - Cydcor ripoff lies cheats and screws over employees She stole money from me including paychecks and giftcards that I rightfully owned also she misrepresents her parent company cydcor and promises fake opportunity San DIego California

-looks cute sounds intelligent-- but she is a fake b***h. She tries to get u to join her company by flirting with you and telling and talking u up saying that we are going to be rich-
but then-- 1 month later
- She lies to all her employees- everything to how much money she makes to what she had for dinner the night before
-She cheats employees out of the money they earned
-She steals giftcards and paychecks
-she has ruined people lives, especially those who move across company to follow her for the so called "opportunity" of running your own business-- poor souls- She has lost over 200 +people and relocates every 5 months because her name gets tarnished and word gets around every city she moves to.. apparently she has also been in chicago, baltimore , dc, and philly
- she interviews for managers and then when hired she puts them as a door to door salesperson selling god knows what. meanwhile she sits in her office and f**ks off all day while these people make her money.. when the money is enough then she cuts into their half-- and when u ask her about why your paycheck is off-- she tells you to stop questioning the system and threatens to fire you..
Nobody in the office likes her-- there is only 1 girl named Brinn that is her friend-- but even she talks smack about her time to time -- hoping she will never be like her... everyone wants to get out but they are afraid they will never get the loss money or paychecks they deserve..plus everytime you try to talk to her she just makes your life as an employee worse or she is so nice to u -- you almost forget what she is capable of
Attention: AVIE ROTH This lady should be shut down immediately.. SHe has messed with too many people. Its time for someone to take legal action.. I even saw a video of her stealing giftcards- when one of the employees left his cell phone video on in her office.. ITS f**kin shady.... Do not work for anyone who is Cydcor or at least Danata Janofsky!!!!!!!

Danata is a sick individual who wakes up at like 5am to put on her facade of being a perky do gooder but that is so far from the truth. It is a company of immature drama and insecure leadership. GOING NOWHERE. Ask Danata how many other managers she promoted? Ask her how much money she has saved in her bank. Ask her how many times she has changed her company name and why. She'll answer all BS reasons or blow you off and schedule a "breakfast" with her to go over YOUR goals. Just another way to get you to sell another day!
