It sounds like Linda doesn't know what a brighton purse is or how paypal works. She got her money back but wants to write negative stuff. I wonder how much she paid for brighton purses? The haute bags website states they are designer inspired and not brightons. Anyway, me, my family, and friends have shopped from Danelle for 5 years and love her store, her website, and her customer service. Maybe linda needs to get a life and stop trying to buy illegal fakes from websites and then claiming she never received them. I guess to venture she is one of those people who do chargebacks when they have recieved the goods. Commiting consumer fraud against herself. Don't listen to the sillyness of Linda. I can name 10 people from out of state who come to Florida on vacation to buy specifically from Danelle's store and have never had any issues. She actually treats her customers very well, gives extras free of charge, and discounts to repeat customers.

This woman was very rude regarding Designer Inspired---NOT BRIGHTONS she had ordered on my website. Demanded to know where they were, why she hadn't received them etc. She actually ordered them from a place called "haute bags" not London Canine Couture. I told her I would have to check with my paypal account and find out how or what the misunderstanding is. This was not feasible to her and she berated me up and down...I finally just told her to file a claim with paypal, not me. Thus, I would assume this is why she only got part of her money back. It is easy to post on rip off report anything about anyone, accurate or not. If you google the big names this will be seen. I just sigh at the complete insolence of this incident, the person behind it, and this whole reporting process which is slanderous anyway....and the fact the owner of rip off report can never be served a subpoena against all of these illegitimate claims.
