Dan's Auto Repair put parts in car that would not last, charged 30dollars to vacuum car, rude hard to deal with, mean to women, overcharged for labor and services mistreated and ripped off Prior Lake Minnesota
This company of all men were very rude. Dan jr runs the show here and he is very unwilling to compromise or work anything out especially to women. He will take advantage of people standed in his area to swindle.
I work at a local casino and the night I worked my cars heater core went out. I had to leave it there for a day and found Dan's on the internet. I dropped it off at night and they would look at it in the morning and give a call back. I had to call them to find something out. I went there in the morning and was quoted 386.00$ for the heater core and labor.
I was told it would take 1and a half days to fix. They fixed it in 1 day and ended up charging me 30$ to vacuum out the front of my car because they had to lay in the front of my car and there was a cigarrette but on the floor he said he could not of laid anything down... too inconvient.
They needed to repair the metal tubing leading to the heater core because it "snapped in half" the tubing was not that bad. It is a 89 chevy berretta and was taken very good care of.
Well the metal tubing they replaced with rubber tubing because supposedly they could not get metal tubing in the 5 state are before 5 days.
we called here at home and it was available and in stock and a place that they go through for their parts told me over the phone that it would of only taken 2 days tops to get from ordering. Dan jr was slinging swear words over the phone and was really rude.
