Dart Home Improvement - Dave Harvey, Jr. Ripped Off Massillion Ohio
Just like others, we had been contacted by Dave Harvey for roofing & siding. Needless to say, I am glad that we are not the only ones with no resolve. We signed a contract and paid for a roof; have a mfg 30 year warranty; 5 year maintenance warranty given by Dave Harvey, Jr. -- all in writing.
Twice Dave has come out to fix our roof due to leaks. Now it is leaking again and it seems that Dave doesn't like to return phone calls. At least non of the 100 that we have made. Although there was damage to the roof from a storm, the roof didn't leak until it was replaced.
We now have two damaged ceilings that need replaced; insulation that needs replaced and a roof that needs fixed. All of which Dave said he would take care of. Damage is at least $5,000 or more.
He left us a note on our door telling us that our payment on our siding was paid in full and than called us for the money. The man has some issues.
All I know is that the man is a crook, a liar and a coward. He will tell you what you want to hear and do something completely different.
I wouldn't recommend Dart Home Improvement if they were the last construction company on earth and I was living in a tree.
