I went to a "free" one hour seminar in July of 2008. After the program Dave Burke wanted me to sign up for their services. I told them that my wife paid the bills and that I would need buy in from her.
Dave Burke asked me to give them a $200.00 refundable deposit to hold a spot while I discussed with my wife. She was not interested, so I just left it alone. With the exception of a few invitations to up and coming "free" events, I never heard from Real Talk Network again.
On November 20,2009 (a year and a half later)I recieved a letter from a bill collector stating that I owed $1297.00 per contract and another $153.00 in interest to Real Talk Network, Inc. I never recieved a phone call, invoice, letter, or any kind of corrispondence prior to this letter. I called Real Talk Network, Inc and they said it was out of their hands. I requested a copy of the alleged contract, which they have not produced. I just got a credit update and found that they are putting derogatory information on my credit reports. I did not recieve any goods or services from Real Talk Network, but they are trying to extort money from me.
It looks like this guy is going down in flames, I highly recommend staying away. It's easy to be debt free if you collect money for doing nothing. He says he wants to help repair your credit, but he apparently wants to destroy mine!!!!
