David J Apothaker - AGD Financial Trust 2002a - PROVIDIAN Court Summons served wrong address out of state ripoff Mount Laurel New Jersey
I am being sued by David J Apothaker and AGD Financial Trust 2002a in Superior Court of NJ Special Civil Part.
This summons was delivered by USPS Certified Mail to the home of my mother-in-law in NJ. I am a resident of Pennyslvania. I have not received any documentation from this party at my residence.
The original creditor is Providian. I contacted Apothaker when my husband brought back this summons after a visit with his mom. They told me that I could do nothing except pay it off or I would be sued.
I contacted an attorney in NJ who stated oh they just need to show the amount and interest and they get a judgement. Wait until they get to PA to dispute it.
I cannot find an attorney. I want to answer this summons and let them know that they are sending everything to a wrong address, an address where I never resided.
Can anyone out there help me? I'm desperate. I know that you cannot serve someone at another address. This can't be legal.
