David Jaddock David Jaddock Consulting, Dental Sticks Holdings Chief Financial Officer Creates Fraudulent Cap Tables
David Jaddock is listed as active in investor documents, emails and business plans as Chief Financial Officer of Dental Sticks Inc and Holdings from 2012-2015 and oversaw the shell companies descriped in the posts about Vince Marold. He helped H2X Chief Financial Officer Anthony Santa Maria cover up all the outrageous trips and expenses claimed by Marold and Santa Maria including $24,000 to completely redo landscaping and back yard paid to innocent employees Don Sikes, Rob Booker and other undocumented workers by check directly out of investors funds.
Marold's house was recently foreclosed and sold at auction along with his assets.
As CFO, David Jaddock was responsible for creating and auditing previous financial records and capitation tables showing true lists of investors that were used to sell securities to other innocents who got fleeced out of their hard earned money. Many would call that Securites Fraud.
His expertise and honesty was sold to investors to get the company to go public in 2014, which never happened and no product was ever made by COO Santa Maria. But... he kept taking investors cash like they were. Many would like to know how much investor cash went directly to "consulting fees" to David Jaddock Consulting and Santa Maria Consulting.
Since Santa Maria has removed his name on SEC document as H2X Treasurer, Jaddock is back on as #1 consultant to help Vince Marold conceal facts from the authorities, defaulted vendors, investors. If it walks like a duck.....
Never trust any business David Jaddock is associated with and do be extremely careful with due dilligence certified by accountants that don't regularly engage in hiding fraud to hurt others.
