David L. Musk is a CONVICTED Felon for Identity Theft. You can verify this at the Bureau of Prisons website www.bop.gov search David L. Musk, I can confirm that his birthday is 03/31/1959. He is NOT licensed by the Nebraska Department of Banking & Finance because he claims that he does not do loans on Nebraska properties. He is also well known in that office and not in a positive light. There is no record of him on the NAMB.org or the CAMBWeb.org website, both of which he claims to be members of. He may have at one time been a member (maybe prior to his Felony Conviction?), but not currently. I have done my due diligence on him, I suggest you do yours! David Musk is a smooth talker, like most criminals, he will tell you what you want to hear and you will ALMOST believe him. He makes it all sound so good, but when you get off the phone with him you will just feel dirty. He claims to be connected to Private Equity Groups, but PEG's will not let a CONVICTED FELON of IDENTITY THEFT represent them.

This poster is mistaken and spreading false rumors. The facts are below. People can post anything they please on this site and they can not be removed. Many businesses have been ruined by competitors who post false information here. The BBB rating is satisfactory. This is a good company. He is not convicted of any crime in the past. Dave Musk owns a commercial company Pavilion Commercial Group, LLC and Ron Penzkowski owns a residential company called Pavilion Capital Group,LLC. Pavilion Capital is a net branch of a national bank and can loan in all 50 states under a bank license. They are two separate Limited Liability Corporations. Dave does mainly commercial lending projects over $10 Million and Ron does mainly residential. Dave was born in 1965, not 1959. You can easily check at the State Capital and see each separate company or contact either company direct for a copy of their stamped articles of incorporation. Each corporation is licensed at a separate address. Pavilion always worked in all 50 states with federally chartered banking relationship,so do not require individual licenses since the bank does their own due diligence each year per law. That is why Pavilion has no individual state license. The bank does the due diligence. Dave Musk of Pavilion Commercial Group,LLC was the victim of identity theft by another person who had his same exact name. The lender Dave Musk has never had a criminal record and that is how he is still in business since this happened in 2002. Again Dave was born in 1965,not 1959,so that is not the Dave Musk reported. Only confused,ignorat or maybe jealous people or people who Dave did not please for whatever reason,his or theirs, who want to cause trouble are spreading incorrect information on the net. I checked this guy out and he is legit and very real. You can do the same yourself. I have closed some big commercial transactions with Dave and have more in process. Yes he is an active member of the following. Proof of professional memberships that check annually for violations to verify that there is not issues with the past and that this posted report is all made up.
