David Musk and Pavillion Capital Group are claiming fantatic results originating loans for qualified individuals world wide, when in fact they are doing nothong except ripping off application fees, delivering nothing, and then dissappearing. They defrauded 23 clients of mine in their "we fund in tranches" scheme, took application fees, accepted complete loan packages on very very qualified clients, and did absolutely nothing towards delivering the mortgages they promised, refused to give any information, denials, underwriting documents, or anything, and after countless promises, countless emails, countless bs stmts from Musk and his partners, vanished and quit responding.
I will be glad to forward over 100 emails with the promises they never attempted to keep, copies of the wires for the application fess they stole, and refer anyone to 23 separate individuals they ripped off.

Pavilion is a marketing,consulting and processing company,we do not lend,fund nor broker transactions. Pavilion is only a processing marketing company and not a funder,lender or broker. Our transactions are privy and confidential. We are not familiar with this transaction or complaint. We have an A rating with the BBB and have been in business since 1997. We are also members in good standing with several professional trade organizations that do annual background checks. We have no complaints outstanding with any licensed authorities. This can be verified anytime. That is because they would require proof and theis is not a real posting. We would not be in business this long if things like this are true.
Again,Pavilion is a good real very transparent company and always delivers. We do not think that this posting is real,but have no recourse to remove it. Anyone can post anything here anytime they desire. It is an unreliable web sight and should be taken down.
I think that many competitors or perhaps unstable people, post things here to try to cast a bad light on successful businesses and cause trouble. We regret that this is even allowed.
