THESE HOA property mangment company have to be STOP doing this misleading ,false billing statement and liening and takeing seniors property. Beware of there collection company Coast collection of Montery park. and there Attorney.........they are commiting a Fedral offence Fraud. all them Haven, Shilder,and more work together.
