D'Best Flooring D'Best Floor Coverings D'Best will make there customer wait 2 - 3 months for there products. As an installer they will work you for the month make excuses when the checks are to be ready. Still haven't been PAID Orlando, Florida
Please don't make the same mistake I did. They called me in for an interview and told me they were looking fir new installers to change some policys in the company and we went ahead and trusted them and installed 12 carpet and laminate jobs. Now we have been waiting 2 months for our money which is $4893.00 I keep calling them they do not return my calls, when they do they just tell me lie's. So if you are a customer looking to purchase flooring or have any flooring installed BEWARE of D'BEST FLOORING (Goldenrod and 50) Out of 12 jobs every customer told us that they have been waiting for there flooring materials for over 2 months. Most flooring distr. are located right here in Orlando and if not can be shipped in from anywhere in a week. The situation makes me believe the company has huge financial troubles. I would highly recommend going with a different company that can deliver results not empty promises. If you are an installer do not consider workin for them, you will not be paid!! Please re-consider shopping and working at D'Best Floor Coverings.

I also wanted to ad that this customer is stating that I am a con man and a liar. I think that those are some very harsh words. We get paid when the job is done and the customer is satisfied. We have also had the same name and the same phone number since Feb 1998. We do not run from our problems. Also looking on Rip off report I could only find this one and it really upsets me knowing I try so hard to attain every customers needs.

Not at all true. I am a customer of DBest Floors. They delivered and installed my floors about a week and a half after I had ordered it (which is within the time frame specified in the contract). They also did a beautiful job installing it. I didnt wait 2 months like Dawn would have you believe, thats not really accurate. When the installers came to my house, they did the job right away. They are not at all as she says. They have great flooring at a fantastic price, they do the job right and have excellent financing that cant be matched. I recommend DBest to everyone looking to upgrade their floors at a great low price and great customer service.
