Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The parking enforcement agent in the Hobby Lobby parking lot in Newnan, GA is one of the most disgusting people I have ever met in my life.  I parked my truck planning to do shopping at Hobby Lobby the next morning, and I was awoken by my manager who said some p**** (Parking agent)  had called him at 5 am to tell him that they had put a wheel lock on my truck and it was a $510 fine to take it off, and $50 per hour until that fine is paid.  If I did not pay them immediately, they would tow me for another $650, making the total $1200, plus $50 per hour!  What a welcome to a paying customer!  Welcome to Hobby Lobby!  To make things worse, the Parking Agent cussed me up and down, told me that all truck drivers are just "p******", and was continually trying to provoke a fight with me in the parking lot.  He had a guy with him and I assume they were going to double-team me if it came to blows.  He then called my manager and told him he had better "get your driver under control before we kick his a**".  The Parking Agent is Kenny McElwaney, (678) 628-8702 who works for "Maximum Booting Co.", because he doesn't want to get a job and be a productive citizen.  He is hired for parking enforcement by parking lot owner Christopher Carmosino (404) 504-6770.  Please call Mr. Carmosino, and let him know that maybe a more reasonable $50 fine would still solve the parking problem without invoking wrath upon Hobby Lobby, his customer.  Ultimately, Hobby Lobby may deny liability, but they are the name on the building and are paying rent there, so I hold them responsible for these gestapo-techniques as well.

What a welcome to a paying customer!  Welcome to Hobby Lobby!

- Let's see you parked your truck at night "planning" to do shopping the next morning.  Yea..I bet they just have dozens of people who park there hours before they open to be sure that they beat the rush.    Oh wait this isn't Fantasy land.

No what really happened is that for what ever reason you did not want to park your "rig" at another place and figuring that this business wasn't open it wouldn't be any harm to just park for free for just a few hours.  Unfortunatly you ran into a business that is tired of people using their lot as just a parking lot.  You as an apparently OTR truck driver knows the damage an 18 wheeler can do to roads and parking lots, not only that but a huge liability as well.  Because you can just about guarantee that if anything happend while you were parked there(such as you getting robbed or your truck getting broken into) you would be here saying that they were at fault because they did not provide good enough security to a paying customer who just happened to be there several hours before they opened.

So sorry but I won't be calling that person, although if I did I would probably say "good your you..time to put the few arrogant truck drivers in their place".

Please call Mr. Carmosino, and let him know that maybe a more reasonable $50 fine would still solve the parking problem without invoking wrath upon Hobby Lobby, his customer.

- Wait a minute, why would any "fine" be acceptable to you.  After all weren't you a customer?  Whoops...well you almost made it through your entire "ripOff" before you busted yourself.

I think you are probably more upset that your boss woke you up and probably "chewed you a new one" for parking there.  Or let me guess your boss was so nice to you and said that you were 100% in the right and they will take care of this "fine" and you don't have to worry about a thing...

Oh and no I do not work or have anyone I know work for for this booting company, Hobby Lobby or anyone you mentioned in this report.
