I advise EVERYONE TO go to FBI Internet fraud division and file a report with them and IC3 who works with the FBI fraud division http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and https://tips.fbi.gov/ lets get this company taken down !! lets get them thieves taken down and arrested

After a number of e-mail and many days, trying to place a warranty claim with Dealer Cost Car Audio, I finally got an answer on 12/09/2009 from Robert Jones Sales Manager.
I returned my radio on 12/18/2009, which they received on 12/23/2009 ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
I waited until February 09, 2010 before e-mailing about the status of my warranty repair. They replied later that day they "should have a replacement by next Wednesday/Thursday."
Again on February 26, 2010, I e-mailed checking the status, to get a reply of "Still waiting on updates for the return,.
Again on March 07, 2010, their reply was "
After weekly e-mails asking for the status of my radio's return and getting the same response of "by next week" , "Still waiting " , "Not as of yet" , "1-2 weeks".
After 4 months, 28 days and counting I still don't have my radio back. They won't respond HONESTLY (my Opinion) to emails.
All I want is my radio and to be done with this mistake of a company.
