I purchased a 15" kicker solobaric May 22nd. I was sent an email saying "shipped" on the 26th along with a tracking #. When I checked the status of the shipment a few days later UPS had only received the electronic information NEVER A PACKAGE!!!!!

I contacted DCCA through email ( you cant get them on the phone) and was given the run around. At first they apologized for the delay. Then they blamed KIcker for the delay. I started sending emails daily asking for updates, all I got was "2-3 days max" "1-2 days for sure". "its still pending". Just a bunch of crapp basically.

Today is June 11, still have not received a speaker or a refund. It was only after I made the purchase that I decided to investigate this company. Something like 811 complaints filed with BBB alone. All of them similar to my story. Buyers BEWARE these people will take your money and not live up to their end of the deal. SCUM OF THE EARTH.
