I want to report this company called Dean Markley String, INC, for violating Major Labor laws and fraudulent activities. My family Which includes my father, mother and my sister as well as a close family friend have worked for Den Markley for many years. My father has worked for over 25 years, My mother 15 years, my sister 10 years, and family friend for 10 years. My father has been so dedicated to this company and there were times which he was so sick and had major back pain and still showed up to his employment and completed the necessary work to be shipped out on time.
My father and my entire family has helped this company in every aspect possible to be stay in business and become successful through good and bad economy. So let me explain what this worthless and fraudulent company did to my family after all these years of hard work and dedication. Just few months ago on a Monday, My father and mother go to work and walk in their office for work in Santa Clara, California, and what do they see? an empty office with just few office items.
The company packed up all assembly and manufacturing equipment over the weekend without any notice to my family and others and left town. So now there is no work and employment for my family. This illegal action caused an immediate loss of income for 4 employees. The worst part of this illegal action and labor law violation is that My father and mother filed for unemployment and the result was that my mother was approved and my father was turned down. Dean Markley claims that my father quit his job and company had nothing to do with this.
So how is it that my father quit his job, thus not being approved for unemployment but my mother has been approved. There is no way that my mother can even make it to the building in Santa Clara which is 20 miles away from home without my father driving her to work. So it just goes to show you that this company is lying and trying to defraud my family from what they deserve. This company should be avoided at all times. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.
