Beware before doing business with Debello Digital Marketing Agency, a/k/a Debello LLC, www.DebelloMaaS.com owned and operated by a business consultant named Robert Emanuel. After accepting a consulting assignment to help a mutual client of Robert Emanuel raise capital for my clients business, I was asked to help, among other things, evaluate why his website project was not being delivered on time, and how hard it would be to get his website ready for launch. My client was very upset because Robert Emanuel was months late in delivery of this website, he was charging the customer for marketing the site before it was even completed (SEO/SEM, etc). The website design and branding was of poor quality, copywriting which was charged excessively for was poor at best, there was little to any proper QA to the site (other than my client being forced to do the work and identity problems with the functionality).
Moreover, Robert Emanuel was charging the client for marketing services to an I completed, broken website as means to make advertising/marketing revenue out of sequence from the original agreement. Robert Emanuel also charged a onerous amount of money for certain services such a Quality Assurance testing. It was so overwhelmingly obvious how excessive the fees were that when confronted about this $20,000 one day QA event, Robert Emanuel of DebelloMaaS admitted it was excessive and credited my clients account the entire amount because essentially he was "caught" in a lie about services rendered and being charged for something that at worst never happened, at best was horrendous quality workmanship. In my opinion, onerous is being generous, in fact, many others may consider that behavior nothing short of white collar criminal activity worth investigation.
To make matters worse, because I was the one pointing out to my client how bad the situation was and proved other vendors could have done the job, better, on time and for less than half the cost, Robert Emanuel has now taken it upon himself to attempt to discredit me personally by posting an arrest an I had for disorderly conduct, which by he way, was recently dismissed because I was falsely arrested and is in the process of being expunged. Regardless of the reason for my arrest at the time (life happens), why would Robert Emanuel make it his mission to defame my character and slander my name? I'll tell you why...because Robert Emanuel wants to use that data point to deflect from the real criminal activity. Taking clients money for underperforming and overcharging.
As a matter of fact, I'll be following up this post with an email directly from Robert Emanuel to my client which, in Robert Emanuel's own words apologizes for everything I am posting in this report. If I had to report on all the inappropriate, misleading and outright lying Robert Emanuel did to me and my client, it would fill a volume. So I will leave the reader of this report with this final statement: Buyer Beware and keep your credit card information far away from Robert Emanuel and Debello Digital Marketing Agency, Debello LLC and www.debellomaas.com Learn from my clients mistake of hiring him and find another vendor. Disclaimer: due to the slanderous nature and defamation of my character, It's my intention to sue Robert Emanuel and his company. I don't want or need the money. I just don't want anyone else damaged like me or my client ever again.

In respond to Robert Emanuel's petty attempt at further destroying my character let's look at some facts; I have a 25+ year history in business. I'm a CPA trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I've sold companies to publicly traded enterprises such as Adobe, Opteum Financial Services and As Seen On TV. I've raised more than $100 million from the private and public markets through hedge funds, venture capital groups, mezzanine debt lenders, Wall Street, etc. My credentials and past experience speaks for itself. The ripoff report mentioned by Robert DeBello was an attempt by a debarred lawyer from the Philippines to extort money from me and my company. That's the only thing you will find reported against me in 30 years and clearly was baseless. I've asked Robert Emanuel for NOTHING. I don't want anything other than potential customers to at least pause and consider before getting scammed like my client.
As for the reason I don't place the name of the company (our mutual client) in my original report about Robert Emanuel is that this company is in the process of serving him with a lawsuit for millions of dollars in damages. Once that lawsuit is made public, which will likely be shortly, I will be posting a link to the public record complaint and allegations. The truth ALWAYS comes out in the end. And yes, I am upset that this pathetic person Robert Emanuel, attempted to defame my character (as proven yet again here) by posting my mugshot; who wouldn't be. This type of personal attack is yet more proof of his attempt to deflect the real issue at hand; his failure to do a good job for our mutual client. Sorry Robert, but as I said that case was dismissed and being expunged as there wasn't even a claim filed against me and I did nothing wrong.
if my allegations against your shoddy work are baseless why did you write a long apology to my client for screwing up so bad and mismanaging the engagement by beung spread to thin with too many clients and therefore his project wasn't managed well (your words not mine) Moreover and more importantly, Robert Emanuel of Debello Digital Marketing Agency, a/k/a Debello LLC and www.debellomaas.com, Collaborated with two individuals (who are now under FBI investigation). These two individuals defrauded my client of more than $130,000 in a Ponzi scheme . My client was seeking investment capital for his new venture and Robert Emanuel collaborated on a business / marketing plan with the individuals that scammed my client. Once I helped my client identity the fraud, we immediately reported it to an FBI Special Agent in Mobile AL at FBI headquarters. For obvious reasons, I can't disclose the names of those two individuals as the investigation continues.
Whether Robert Emanuel profited from this scheme in anyway is unknown at this point. Regardless, since he collaborated with them and helped prepare the investment documents he is at least suspect and you should be aware that Robert Emanuel's business relationships are sketchy at best, not to mention the work he does for his clients is shoddy as well. Just because no one called him out on this poor work before doesn't mean it's untrue or baseless. Stay clear of Robert Emanuel, Debello Digital Marketing Agency and www.debellomaas.com if you want to save your checkbook and avoid personal persecution. Anyone in business that attacks someone personally has always something to hide. It's a master Jedi tactic...don't be fooled. And let the proof come out when the legal records are made public. Including my lawsuit I'll be filing for slander and defamation of character.

I received a copy of this report today and wanted to state our position on the matter.
The person named "Orca" who filed this report is actually named Robert (Bobby) De Cecco. Now Mr. Dececco does not like me much because I reposted public information on him that I found, specifically his mug shot, about his recent arrest in Mobile, Alabama.
As to the various claims he makes about my Agency or myself, they are in fact completely baseless. The unnamed client he refers to is unnamed for a good reason, none of what he says is true, and we both worked for the same client. Debello has been in business for over 7 years and has helped over 300 clients successfully reach their online needs and goals. Our many clients are happy to recommend us and in fact client referrals are our primary source of new business!
