Debt Relief USA, Inc. monthly payment 170.00, 140.00 admin fee 29.95 maint fee, taken out monthly on same day, collected for 6 months, 7th month stopped, tried calling no answer Addison Texas
We started a monthly plan of 170.00 which 140.00 was for the admin. fee and 29.95 was for the main fee for them for doing this for me. They told me I would be on a 36 month plan and they could eliminate my debt completely in half or even more. It sounded great to mean because I really needed help. I was 8,724.71 in debt with 2 credit cards. They said if you can put more money into a month it would go faster.
Then after 6 months they would start negotiating with my creditors but only then when I had enough money to give the creditors a lump sum. They had sent me the contract and I signed and sent back. the whole contract is exactly what they said it would be so I felt confident about it.
They sent me monthly statements and I have my bank statements. I also sent them all my collections papers and anything else the creditors sent me. They said to ignore all phones calls from the creditors.
They had collected from me for 6 months which is 1,020. Going into the 7th month they had stopped and didn't now why because every 5th of the month it would get taken out. I started to get worried so I called them and no answer. It would be a recording then said dial 0 to leave a message but the voicemail would say this mailbox is full and then hang up.
Now I am turning to this for help and really hoping something can be done about this. These people should not get away with this.
