Here,#2Consumer Suggestion
Sun, June 14, 2009
You should contact the TX attorney generals office and give them a time frame to respond to you, and if they dont act fast enough contact the local newspapers about how the attornet generals office is not helping consumers who are victimized by TX companies, you can even call your local newspaper so there is no state/political ties to prevent the paper from covering your story. What this person did is fraud. He is shutting down the company because he cant steal anymore from consumers, or did a poor job at running his business. debt settlement companies force you to pay upfront for their services because they are afraid consumers will leave them as they start all their work, unfortunately for the owner of this company the reverse happened to him, and since you paid for his services which he has not provided yet, he must either still provide those services, or refund your money. It is in his contract, that fees are collected upfront, but since services are not being rendered he must refund the money. Press the owner, threaten to call everyone you can. The owner made a lot of money, go after him personally for what is owed to you if need be, take him to small claims court in TX
