Dell Financial, AutoSave, Rip-Off Charter Warranty Failed to honor extended warranty Farminton Hills Michigan
Dell Financial (AKA: AutoSave, Charter Warranty) has been extremely difficult to work with and has failed to honor an extended warranty I purchased thru Magna Charger, Inc.
When calling in to ask who the insurer is for their product, they refuse to provide this. Paul indicates he is the owner while another employer states Bob Adams is the owner. Paul clarified that Bob Adams opens his mail for him and that they have to use false names there. The BBB for Michigan sites Bob Adams as President so paperwork has been forwarded to them for their review. Paul indicated Virginia Surety used to carry the paper for their product, but no longer does. However, he refused to provide information on who is the insurer for the extended warranty we paid for that they refuse to honor.
The dealer in Phx, AZ that we purchased the SuperCharger from and had all the work done was Arizona Speed and Marine. Paul at Dell Financial has indicated the owner is a crook and that we were raped and pilliged with our bill from them. Arizona Speed and Marine has documentation from Magna Charger that they are authorized to install Headers with thier Supercharger system and the warranty will be in tact. Paul at Dell Financial is refusing to honor the warranty we purchased due to the Headers being installed.
All documentation was provided to Magna Charger at time of purchase and they never refused the warranty or refunded our money. However, I was forced to pay almost $3,000 for the repair to my vehicle.
Complaints and 57 pages of documenation and authorizations from Magna Charger on other vehicles with the same issue as mine have been filed in three states with the BBB and Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.
