DO NOT USE DELL FINANCIAL SERVICES unless you want a business model that revolves around making your life inconvenient so they can assess a late charge or charge you $14.95 to use a debit card for each and every payment. Dell financial services only wants to have access to your checking account to pay pay your bills. If you do not give them access to your checking account, they want you to do one of two things....
1. Go to your bank, get a check written and then you go to the post office and buy a stamped envelope to mail it. They want you to be so inconvenienced, they will be able to put a late charge on your account if you forget. By the way, they don't send you a notification that a bill is due. If you don't inquire, you will be left in the dark as to when a bill is due.
2. You can use a debit card but not online. You have to call one of their asswipe represetatives who are brainless and cannot think for themselves when you ask them a simple question. They will gladly process your credit card for $14.95 on a $69.00 bill which is a 22% upcharge for you to give them your hard earned cash. When I tell them even my trash service allows me to process debit cards online for $1.95 they seems to think they are a cutting edge company by offereing me the opportunity to be upcharged 22% everytime I give them my money.
THEY DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY WANT YOUR LATE FEES AND UPCHARGES.
DO NOT USE DELL FINANCIAL SERVICES. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. TALKING TO THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM IS LIKE TALKING TO A BOX OF ROCKS. ALL THEY SAY IS THE SAME THING...YOU CAN PAY US $14.95. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???

There is no free online debit card system at Dell Financial Services. They don't want your money, they want to rack up late fees. Pay attention!

Paper checks provide less security than the free online encryption payment process but if you want to remain in the 20th century that’s your choice. Get a checkbook and mail them the monthly payment.
