I purchased a brand new dell computer and printer in August 2007. Since then I have had nothing but problems with both. I have contacted Dell on several occassions in which they finally sent a technician to replace the hard drive in February 2008.

Since they replaced the hard drive, I have had the same technical problems with the computer. The technician that replaced the hard drive stated that they have nothing but problems with Dell Computers.

I have been contacting Dell on a weekly basis since February 2008, trying to solve the problems through their technical support. They have since told me that they cannot find how to solve this problem, that they are going to esculate the issue and have someone call me back within 48 hours.

In the past two weeks, I have been calling them on daily basis, still stating that they have to have someone call me back within 48 hours, with no call backs. I paid cash for my computer when I bought it so I am requesting that they replace my computer or refund my money. Of course everyone that I reach cannot help me and has to have 'someone else' call me back, which they always fail to do.

I have asked to speak with the CEO of the corporation, or at least someone that speaks english so I can understand them better. When asked where I can speak to someone in person, or further, I am told that they are in a remote location outside the US.

CONSUMERS BEWARE-----

DO NOT BUY DELL COMPUTERS, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
