My name is Jason W****. Douglas Marzean was my immediate sales manager at DMI.

Doug is 100% correct in his statement. I have been in contact with Mr. Larson 3 times trying to resolve/request the balance on my reserve or "chargeback" account with the company. Either Mr. Larson is shining me on or his payroll department is shining him on. Each time we have spoken he has stated "it is time" to return our chargebacks and he would have someone from payroll contact me ASAP. This has never happened.

I do not understand why this is an issue. Mr Larson has returned my phonecall 3 times and been extremely polite and upstanding on the phone, however, none of his promises have turned out to be true and I cannot even get acknowledged by anyone else in his company.

I was part of the San Diego crew of contractors when the office was closed (apparently by the request of Cox Communications). I was not aware Mr. Marzean had negotiated a 60 day repayment on our reserve checks, however, it has been 180 days (as stipulated in our contract) and DMI is making no attempt to refund our chargeback accounts and making false promises.

I hate to make this report but DMI owes us for the work we did and I truely hate being blown off.

As of August 19th, none of my reserve has been returned even though I have received an email from the company stating it would be returned on the 10th. I will provide the email if necessary.

I have received a response from DMI. The office manager Bogden Koshlaychuk has stated my reserve will be released on August 10th. I will update again on the 11th.
