A message was posted on the internet, telling people to try out these 2 dental products for free, only pay $0.99 or $1.99 for shippping and handling when enter a promo code. Once get on these websites, customer was asked to enter name, shipping address, email address, and credit information, after that, just click OK, and that's it. The website did not show the price of the product, because this is a free trial. During the the whole sign up process, Customer was not asked to read the so called "Terms and Condition" for detail price information. Ordinary merchant website will show price of the products next to the product, but this company is preparing to cheat, using a new scam, so no price was shown there. Because this is a free trial, so customer is easy with it and did not pay attention until the high cost credit card statement came in. The same product can be purchased from local store at $5, it cost $92.37 shown on the credit card statement. When call Denta White to return, Denta White issue a RMA number, but did not issue any refund. They sent 2 items, I sent them both back, first one, Denta white is willing to issue a refund but with a 20% re-stocking fee, second has no refund. Wow, such a good business, why not put $1000, or $10000 as the price in the Terms and Condition, so after customer fell in to the trap, they need to pay $1000, or $10000. Or 20% re-stocking fee of $10000, how is that sound. Why not putting $1000000 in the Terms and Condition, then Denta White can make 20% of $1000000 which is $200000. This is even better. Right? I will report this to www.ic3.gov, the FBI's internet fraud complaint center.

I have had similar Problems. I was able to find an updated phone number (866) 982-5126. The customer rep pointed out that in the terms and conditions it clearly shows that you are signing up for an auto-ship program. they don't make it very easy to find :P. while I'm still horribly frustrated I can't help feeling frustrated that i didn't read the terms and conditions, or look across the internet to check the reputation of the company.
I also found out that you can also cancel the product on their website at
"white-smiles.com"
