This company touts a free trial sample. After giving them your credit card number, evidently there is a terms & conditions statement in fine print explaining that you have to call within 14 days to stop the charge of the full cost of the items and a subscription to receive these products on a monthly basis to the tune of $89.95/month. When I called to stop it they still charged my card..
Upon calling this company and informing them that I did not want or like there product they stated that they do not accept returns.
Do not fall for this companies sly way of hiding the small print and then they charge you for crap. The stuff does not work and they will just keep taking your money!! This company is unreasonable with their return policy of 14 Day Trial (10 day trial + 4 day shipping) and not up-front about the offer they are giving you (very small print that you must call and cancel). I've ordered many different products on-line and off and NEVER had such a horrible experience like this company.
Awful customer service and a horrible policy of hiding small print details. Buyer BEWARE
