Mr. John Mallo will not respond to complaint letters mailed to his attention. It appears that the only thing he is concerned with is making money.
The parts department at Tempe Dodge/Kia is like visiting another world, the counter staff is knowledgeable, they sell parts at Kia's MSRP, and they usually have what you need in stock. Avoid Desert Kia like the plague.
