Diamond sports group paid 400 dollars to go to Football combine rolled ankle two weeks before combine filled paperwork for refund never got it Norfolk Virginia

Did everthing they ask for refund filled paperwork from doctor took pics of his ankle allowed the time they ask for just to get nothing but promise after promise that a check has been cut and mailed.
Now all i get is attitude that the lady im comunicating with is forwarding all emails to the right people and there is nothing she can do. I understand that they might need to keep a portion of the $400 for there time and effort but looking for the rest of the refund.
