Complaint Review: diesel speed and Marine - Internet

Who is the coward here???? you cant even leave your name. Here is the real deal. we have had a multi-year undercover investigation ongoing which was finished and turned over to the fbi for the racketeering bunch of thugs you all have proven yourself to be. the only thing all over the internet is the fake and false accusations by chas gerarrd, gary rathbun, det dirty joe hutson, jeff bobo, victor webster and others. we have material evidence connecting you all together and turned over to the fbi. thats all that is left to be said on this matter. I will let God sort it out from here on.

 I find it hard to belive that USPS, UPS, FEDEX, BBB, all the local authorities and many different people from around the country have conspired against this so called "Diesel Guru".... THE TRUTH IS NO ONE HAS CONSPIRED AGAINST YOU!!! its funny that I read all the complaints all over the Internet and these people list all the same excuses you gave me word for word! Its also funny that you say there are active cases on all these people but that could not be any further from the truth.. I myself got the ball rolling with the Johnsonville Sheriff's office and then the Federal Agents... So I hope your days are numbered so you will not be able to scam anyone any longer... If anyone needs any proof just do a Google search for Diesel Speed and Marine... He's on just about every forum out there as a scam artist. Also do a search on Facebook it will lead you to people across the country that the Diesel Guru has scammed... Its also a shame that you have to exploit the good lords name to try and convince people your an honest person... Here's a little advice I guess the whole world knows this already except for you!! IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO TRY AND CONVINCE SOMEONE YOUR AN HONEST PERSON IS AN INDICATION YOUR NOT AN HONEST PERSON!

I have documents letters emails everything to prove  that Patrick a.k.a. Jeff is  lying about everything. I use my own name on here along with my face. I'm very easy to find on the Internet by doing a search.. If you do you'll find out I'm very honest and have nothing to hide. You will notice you cannot find a photo of Patrick a.k.a. Jeff anywhere. You will not be able to find information on the Internet about this person. Unless he has posted in himself, which you may find a little bias.  I have said all I need to say. I'm going to attach proof off of this person's own   video showing that I was trying to  get my parts back and I was communicating with him..

 I'm going to let all of you just decide if you want to do business with this person.

 I'm only doing this for a public service to all of you.

 It doesn't matter how many lies he  tells from now on I'm done with this..

Anyone can go to our youtube channel and see our very well documented videos on the online

gangsters who have harassed us to no end. Gary rathbun DID stop his paypal payment and

DID file item not aas described even thought they injectors we sent were NOT checked out

by a certfied fuel shop and were NOT installed to test performance so everyone who reads his

bravo sierra B.S. statements wants you to believe the following fantastic items-

1. the injectors wre NO good even thought there is not a shred of proof of this.

2. that not one but 2 people from his facebook page blew up our paypal account with their

mutually filed disputes.

3. that he attemtped to file a police report and was told it was a civil issue. he wont face the

fact that he would lose in court due to committment of theft of services.

WE OUTLINED THIS POTENTIAL THREAT AND HARASSMENT BY THESE ONLINE GANGSTER

OVER 5 WEEKS AGO, IN ADVANCE OF OUR COURT CASES AGAINST THESE GANGSTERS.

UPDATE. THESE ARE CONTROLLED, MALICIIOUS AND VICIOUS ATTACKS BY THESE NEER-

We have our own sheriff investigating these events as well as formulating crimminal charges against

all players.  as per our terms and condtiions, we invite ANYONE TO CHECK OUR WORK with a

certifed fuel shop and with us being present to oversee testing. not one of these accusers/scammers

has done so or even installed the items to prove they work or not. we have video of the testing operations

what I have stated is totally true.. There was never a  credit card transaction made. It was all through PayPal..if there are any good reviews on this man anywhere on the InternetI have not been able to find them. There was one from a Paul Jordan, he has pulled his review off because he also got a box ofbroken parts sent to him COD.

Patrick accuses me of keeping the useless parts he sent me. That is true  on both counts I Them and they were useless.

iif I knew how I would attach if possible the letter I received from PayPal stating they could not get  my money returned to me. That is when I decided  it was useless to try to  get a refund for these parts. I have placed a video  on YouTube under diesel guru Texas.. It shows  this package of useless parts. What Patrick has failed to mention is that I opened this in front of  police officers. They witnessed exactly  what I received..

 Patrick is accusing me of a terrorist. Patrick has been a cyber bully for many years.. He counts on people  not doing anything once he has ripped them off. I will not stand for it,,  at this point it is not the money it is the principle..

  I have never given anyone a bad review other than him.  Why would that be?  Ask yourself that?   At first Patrick acted like a good God-fearing man.. He befriended me..  He will do the same to any customer. I have heard of many customers  of his that he has done this to. I only  spoke to two of them in person.. So I cannot   speak to the others.  The two I have spoken to  had the exact same stories.

you will notice if you look at any of his YouTube videos he talks more about the people trying to rip him off than he does good work videos.  Why do you think so many people are ddisgusted by this man?

 as I have said many times  in many places, Patrick receives the money and your parts, if you're lucky he will send your parts back,   in a worse condition than you sent them to him. He will also keep your money.

  I guess I should consider myself lucky.. I did not send him any parts,, I bought the parts out right For $1143.00,  I did not return them to him  because I knew he would not  send me any money he knows how to play the game..

  You can pull up his reviews  on the Better Business Bureau. You can also go to diesel speed and Marine  and check out the part where he calls the Better Business Bureau blackmailers. Why is everybody after this honest man?  You be the judge..

Hello,

as everyone who knows us and or watrches our youtube channel, we have been in a battle with some

very unscrupulous online gangsters who are out to try and extort services and money from our business

at the threat of flaming us online. well we dont tolerate or submit to online terrorism and we fight against

these gangster because one day it may be YOU who they target. we run an honest and ethical repair

operation for the rebuilding of deisel injectors. we have dozens of good reviews online to back up this

statement. the guy who filed this is a facebook gangster who uses his page to stalk and terrorize

people and businesses. we prevailed in the credit card dispute he filed the day we shipped his parts

with his promise to reverse the dispute once he received the parts. did he??? NO. he filed a item

not as described and then tried to pass off used injectors as what we sent him. we video record ALL

our incoming as well as finished work and did si especially in this case. if anyone wants a primer

please go to our youtube page and see the various videos outlining this online harassment we have

endured now for over 2 yrs. we are winning against them in court and this is why they retaliate/because

this is all they know how to do. i certainly hope this never happens to anyone who reads this but your

support will help us continue the good fight against these online scammers.

p.s. we never cut off communication with this scammer, instead he did exactly what he accuses us of

doing. he committed theft of services by stopping payment once the item was shipped. to do so across

state lines and in alllaince with others makes this a racketeeriing operation to boot, gary rathbun claims

to be honest and wants to share all of my falsely alleged wrongdoings yet its very mysterious that he FAILS

TO MENTION that he stopped his credit card payment. when paypal awarded us the investigation he

stooped to ad-hominem attacks against us thru the BBB and now this forum. there should be a law against

this level of criminal harassment.
