I ordered low carb prepared meals for 1 week from diettogo.com The next week they charged me again. I attempted to contact customer service to let them know they charged me twice in error.

They called me back Monday morning and said that it was not a error but that once you place order from them they place you on an autoship automatically charging your creditcard and automatically sending you what you ordered previous ($151.00 a week).

It doesn't state this on the website I told the rep, she said after you order you receive an email saying that you will be placed on autoship and to cancel this you should contact customer service. It never states this on their website but you will receive a follow up email.

They never refunded my money but said they would cancel all the next orders. They did offer to send me the email, after I let the rep know I never got the email and they should have contacted me via telephone, not email. Their customer service sucks, they were like oh, well, instead of retaining me as a customer.

So I paid $151.00wk (which I agreed to + $151.00wk unauthorized, for their products, and because I used my debit/visa, my bank farmers and mechanics, said it was a dispute be me and the company and they could not get involved? Now their food leaves a bad taste in my mouth!I even refused the second order they tried to ship to me. Rip off!

With a simple and clearly stated cancellation policy, we make it easy to manage your order with Diet-to-Go. Customers can contact us by email, via an online form on our website, or by phone that they wish to stop or suspend their current order. This is explained very clearly in the written information provided to each customer when placing their first order. Additionally, this information is also included in each and every order shipped. Whether the order was placed online or via our toll-free phone number, a written confirmation is emailed to every Customer. If you live east of the Mississippi, your meals will be shipped from our spotless kitchen in Northern Virginia. If you live west of the Mississippi River, including Alaska and Hawaii, your meals will be shipped from our strategic partner location in California. If you live outside of the U.S., due to certain shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to you at this time.
