Digital Now.tv ripoff Wilmiton Delaware
I am a victim of DigitalNow.tv I feel really dumb because I did read these post before I order and after I spoke with CSR she assured me that I would have my tvon time, I went along and order, now they are my worst nightmare, I am out of my money and I don't have anything to show for it, I wish I would of just place it on layaway and paid for it and I would be sure to get it.
I am not sure what is going on with this company. How are they able to do this to us. I am so stuck right now I don't know what to do in order to get my money or the products that I order from them. Can any one tell me what is the next step. I really want my tv but it does not look as though I will get it! I have file with the BBB but I must wait for them to get back to me. I really want my TV so if any one of you from Digital NOw read this post (I know you will) get back to me and tell me a true delivery date, you guys need to stpo playing with people time, money and Patients.
THis is really wrong and I have never went through anything like this before with a company, Digital Now makes everyone not want to order from the internet because of what is happening with our order and Your company is horrible with CUstomer Service just lie lie lie all the time. It is time for a change. Please someone help me!!!!!! Contact me through the rebuttal key - I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance .

Why don't you try taking this to your Attorney General office in your state, if nothing there try contacting the Attorney General office in the state where this company is located, Glad that I didn't order from them now. but I'm came real close, I'm glad that I did some looking around trying to find out infomation about DigitalNowTv, hope to all that have been taking by this scam, to get some justification out of there hard work, in bringing these people to justice, oh yes maybe even tying the post master services also.
