I contacted this company for a 32" LCD TV w/ dvd player including surround sound. Was told a $130 deposit was needed before the system would/could be sent along w/ completed documents. Shortly after the deposit was withdrawn from my account and the papers were NOT received. I then contacted the company and inquired about the documents I was to receive, and was told I should have received them by now, and my expected delivery date was 08.03.05.

After the 2nd inquiry about the papers (days after my original delivery date), did they finally arrive. I then completed and returned the documents w/ copies of my drivers license, most recent paystub and a voided check.

I then called to check the status of my delivery...I was given a delivery date of 08.12.05. On 08.08.05 I called again to confirm 08.12.05 as my definite delivery date. At this time I was told the product could arrive 2 business days before or 2 bus days after the delivery date stated.

Needless to say I still do NOT have my television. Now everytime I call the 888# I can NEVER speak to anyone. You press 1 for customer service and you either get disconnected or the recording tells you they are waiting for the manufacturer to send the product to them so they could deliver it to you. Or you press 0 for the operator and then you're directed to the same recording or are disconnected. Or to top it off...you're placed on hold by the automated system for hours...I've fallen asleep while on hold and have awaken 2 hours later and still I was on hold. I will be disputing this with my bank, I do not have $1.00 to throw away let alone $130.00.

Charles, there are multiple people here with problems with the company you work for, which means probably a whole lot more who have problems and are not posting here. You state that you are attempting to deal with the problems. That is the right thing to do, but further digging poses more questions than answers. First is that the digitalnow.tv website is unavailable. It states it is down for maintenance. Second is where the server is located. The web server is located in Germany. Each of these could be totally innocent, but when taken together, seem pretty nasty. Rather than have each person contact you.. How about an explaining what the problem is for everyone?

I am going through the exact same problem as you, I am so frustrated I did not know what to do!! I definitly wanted my system and I am still trying to be patient, I have been dealing with this company since the beginning of July and still I get lied to about my delivery date, no one ever calls me back and I feel as though they have my money and I will not get it back, I paid 150 for my set and I really need my money, What I did was contact BBB of delware and made a report, I hear this is the first set in getting your money back faster. I suggest that everyone who is going through this problem contacts them(BBB) Better Business Beaura of Delware, if they get enough of the same reports with the same problem maybe they will stop this because I am so stuck right now I don't know what else to do. I really wish that when the e-mail goes out about the television set that someone could attach all of the unhappy customers comments along with the advertisement. Maybe then they will act right and treat us with some respect. What is wrong with these guys they have to apy somehow, I am in the process of hiring an attorney to see if I can start a law-suit against this company(DIgitalNow.tv) because they are offering false advertisment and they are crook on top of it. If anyone else has any idea please respond. The more the better! Also is there anyone who did receive their product? If so how long did it take and how many lies did they tell you/ I suggest that everone keep track of how many e-mails you send them and how many phone calls are made to them.
