Direct Energy They said they would put us on a trial bases for 6 months for electricity, and we would not have to do anything if we decided we did not want them. They said they would send me a pamphlet of informat Internet
Direct Energy called and asked us to go on a trial bases for electricity. They said that after 6 months if we did not want it we did not have to do anything, and they would send us a pamphlet for us to sign if we wanted to keep them. They sent the pamphlet and we did not sign because we did not want to do business with them. We have tried many times to get rid of them and they continued to charge to me electricity account. It has gotten to the point my power company has cut off my electric, and say they purchased our Direct energy debt, and will not cut it back on until we pay over $4000.00. I do not know how they can have charges when we never signed anything.
