Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company entices elderly or other unsuspecting people to take credit card or other services with false and misleading promises. They have been successfully sued in one class action law suit. However, there practices didn't change they just took a different path to defraud and extort from the public.

In my case (I am an 87 year old widow,) I was offered a no interest credit card which turned into a high rate card and then charged for numerous services which I didn't order or authorize. When I complained the Direct Merchants Bank said they verified the services were rendered by the suppliers (of course no mention that the suppliers were their own subsid-companies or sister companies). If I didn't pay they would report my credit as a skip. This has caused problems for me for years. Each time I get it removed from my reports they refile under a different company.

Big ripoff company don't even open mail from them if you don't want to be cheated. If receive or have already received an unsolicited card from these people do not use it and begin the process of canceling asap. Keep a good record of your efforts to get the card canceled and keep a good eye on your credit report.

It saddened me to read your report because I had worked for the Metris program with Millenium Teleservices aka Civic Development Group,LLc,or aka CDG Management LLC a New Jersey based Telemarketing Comany. I understand your grief and I am going to provide you with a telephone number to correct the problem and then report this incident to the proper authorities. Let me begin by telling you a little bit about Millenium TeleServices(MTS) This is a ruthless company. I was instructed, trained and told my job depended on selling you false promises after death and various other benefits(ripoffs). This is strictly regulated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) First begin by contacting MTS Corporate office the number is 1-800-554-0087 and enter the extension 2510, 1149,1126,1101,1122,and leave each extension a message and make them aware you are contacting the FTC. Besure you enter these extensions as soon as the corporate recording comes on because if you don't the operator WILL NOT transfer you. Once this is completed contact the FTC at1-877-382-4357 or (1-877-FTC-HELP)Dirct Merchants Bank and MTS fear the FTC. The FTC regulates their business. I implore you to contact them and let the government handle this disruptive situation. If you need any further help with this matter please post it on this page and I will do my best to respond as soon as possible. Righting the Wrong
