Skott,
You are right when you suggested in your rebuttal that I knew nothing about your situation. I am very sorry about the loss of your son and mother. Had you initially referenced these tragedies, I wouldn't have responded.
Based solely on the information you gave, it appeared that you were blaming everyone associated with Direct TV and First American Bank, and that you accepted no responsibility for making poor decisions. I have no affiliation with Direct TV or First American Bank, but I was confident that there are many decent employees who would resent being accused of working for a criminal enterprise.
I was responding to these assertions and the "apparent" luxury of cable during a Chapter 13 filing. Of course, now that I am aware of your losses and the fact you are disabled, I wouldnt begrudge you any distraction.
As for my rather blunt response, I shouldnt have been so self-righteous. Fair enough?
Your life will improve, Skott. Dont give up, and never let the words of an uninformed stranger diminish your spirit.

You have a lot of nerve calling the actions of this company criminal. If you are not willing to comply with the terms of a contract, don't sign! In other words, you should never sign anything, because you are an irresponsible parasite. Put that in your Chapter 7, loser!
