I have been doing business with Direct tv and we were getting along fine until I found an NFL ticket charge on my bill . This was several months ago.  I called Direct and asked the about the charge, it was $39.99 added to my bill.  I was told that this was part of the NFL ticket package and I had to pay 6 payments of $39.99 a month until it was paid or until it renewed. I told the individual on the phone that I did not order this and I wanted it removed.  I was promptly told that it was too late. I didn't respond to their notice for dropping this so it would stand and I would pay it because they would not remove it from my bill.  I should have responded when they sent out the notice on my bill. They chose to send my bill on the internet and sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't.  The black female I talked to was rude and discourteous in the end they cut off my service.  Steer clear of this bunch of thieves. What happened here in the State of Texas is called slamming and I am considering filing some sort of charges on the CEo of Direct tv.
