Discounted Wheel Warehouse Numerous lies, deceit, incorrect shipment, delayed shipment for over 2 weeks and lied about order being shipped, won't return phone calls, missing parts, ripoff Roseville California
Guaranteed wheel and tire package to be shipped out in 2 days for a car show, so I agreed to buy.
I was continuously lied to about shipping, representatives named TONY and JOE assured me that the wheels were sent but would not provide tracking number. The car show came and went and still no wheels.
Phone calls were NEVER returned regarding my order. 2 weeks later my order was shipped, though I was lied to about the shipping time. My order arrived missing lug nuts and bolts, and one rim and wheel were different than the other 3. They said they would not ship the right wheel for 5 DAYS.
The issue is currently unresolved. The Better Business Bureau is helping with my case.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go through this company; it is a complete joke and fraud. You can't get a hold of anyone with authority to help.
