Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I picked out a laptop computer on their site, gave them my VISA information and submitted the order. A few minutes later I received an email saying:

"New Reply to your Order Message

==========================================

I did so, and was told:

 "Discounts Super Store Said:

Your order has been declined as we are unable to authorize your card.

Please come on Live chat so we can guide you how to process your order.

Regards,

DiscountsSuperStore.com Team" ================================================= Once I did, their Lice Chat guy, Martin, told me to pay them by Pay Pal and I would get an additional  10% off. I knew my VISA card was good but 10% more off?....so I agreed. Then I was told not to send as a Purchase or Service as PayPal would charge 16%, but to send to an individual. I knew that Paypal did charge a fee to businesses but I didn't like the idea of sending my payment to an individual, especially when the email address was to someone at protonmail.com.  When I questioned Martin, he told me it was a vendor and was secure.  I told him I thought this looked like a scam and wanted to use my VISA card instead.  He told me my card was reported fraudulent and gave me a different email address from a different vender. He then informed me that I could use my VISA with PayPal, (now why would PayPal allow me to use my "fraudulent card" to pay? ). I then demanded they use my Visa or cancel the order and was told I would have to pay twice as much for the computer somewhere else. Not true, of course, and from what I hear from other customers, i probably wouldn't get it anyway.
