Where  do I begin!

I bought 10 discus fish from Robert "Rob" Pereda Jr and I truly say "I GOT ROBBED"!

I am extremely disappointed in what I got.  Three (3) arrrived DEAD!  Stinking and rotting.  So Gross!  Several were well UNDER the 2 inch advertised.

Most had severe peppering all across them.  Two had fin rot and one was actually missing an eye!! I have made purchases in the past from  two other online fish stores and always had recieved all the fish alive and healthy.  I wish I had stayed with them.  When I contacted Rob Pereda all he had was excuses and would not credit me as I could not send a video/picture within his ridicously 1/2 hour of delivery.  Who does that!  It's all a  big SCAM by Rob to get out of having to stand behind his quality of fish.  I really dont think it would have made a difference as he wont send replacements or refund your money back.  Just a store credit and then YOU have to pay for shipping again.  I will never buy from this guy again as his sick infected fish killed my already established tank full of over $1000 worth of livestock.

Do not buy from this seller discusguy.com as he will "rob" you!

This negative review is 100% fake and inaccurate.  WHERE DO I BEGIN..... The guy who wrote the negative review is a SCAMMER!

The person who left the review did'nt even use his real name.  His real name is Pat O'Brien from PA.

He purchased several discus fis from me all at the same time.  I have emails from him stating that the fish arrived super healthy and that he was really happy with the fish.  He even left me positive feedback on my websites customer testimonails page.  

About 4 weeks after he received the fish he contacts me saying that all of the fish died and that he wanted a full refund or replacement fish sent to him.  Then he starts threatening me saying that he is contacting his lawyer- blah blah blah which he never followed up with after i told him that I have a copy of every email he ever sent me showing that he was happy with the purchase.

Also- during his many emails to me he stated that he had also purchased other discus from other suppliers at the same time he purchased mine.  So he is mixing many discus from different sources together - that's a recipe for diaster and the number 1 thing you shouldn't do with discus fish!

I shipp 100's of fish on a weekly basis and my reviews speak for themselves.

Our live arrival guarantee clearly states that we will provide a refund or credit for any fish that arrive dead as long as you send us pictures of the dead fish in the unopened bags within 1 hour of arrival.

So to make  along story short the guy kills all of his fish 4 weeks from getting them and then claims they arrived dead and sick!  WHAT A JOKE!

I even tried to help the guy out with a partial credit even though it was not covered under our live arrival guarantee but he wanted a full credit or nothing.

Unfortunatley you can' make everyone happy- especially people who are trying to scam you like this guy.
