Dixie Homecrafters Now that I need them, I find out they are no longer in business!!!!! Atlanta Georgia
I had siding, soffitt's and outside insulation done on my home, a few years ago. My first problem started when, first of all, I had storm windows that were taken down to install siding and the storm windows and or casing around them was never properly reinstalled. Secondly, they left a mess around my home (debris, screws, sharp metal) and thirdly, now, I am seeing evidence of the soffitt coming down, and there is a hole in the side of the home that sits close to the ground.
I got up with the intentions of contacting Dixie Homecrafters to get them to come out to look and make necessary repairs, since there is a "lifetime warranty" on their products that were installed. I discovered quite by accident, that they are no longer in business. Boy, do I feel violated, used, like a fool, cause now I have no idea what to do. Mind you, I paid over $17,000, for this work, and now where are they? Looks like, I will have to come out of my pocket to get these repairs done, myself. But, I am a Christian woman, and I serve a God who can, so I am placing this in God's hand to provide what I need to correct these issues,
praying that some way, some how, the right some one will see this and come to my rescue and aid, or at least steer me in the right direction, in Jesus' Name!!! And just know, those of you that willing led customer's on, flim-flamed them, knowingly misled customer's and ripped them off - you will get what is coming to you, not my Words but God's Word's!!!!! Just know, you unscruples folk, that I paid, "hard earned cash" for this supposedly 'lifetime warranty' job!!!!
