Dock 24 fraulent Rip Off
An iron bed was ordered online in February 2001. The order was back ordered and delivery was promised in april. The order was cancelled and confirmed as cancelled by Dock 24 on April 23, 2001.
On August 8, 2001 Dock 24 charged my credit card for the bed that was never shipped and was in fact cancelled. From August until October 2001 I communicated with Dock 24 trying to get a credit back to my account.
On October 13, 2001 I received a final email that stated I needed to get my money back from the credit card company because the Dock 24 account was closed. I have been disputing the charge via my credit card company and I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Nothing has been accomplished to date.
Dock 24 is a Division of Shamic and Co.and their President's name is Shawn. Shawn assured me in October that my Credit Card Co. would provide a chargeback. Dock 24 is still on line and taking orders. I feel charges need to be filed against this company. Their practices are fraulent.
