On Thursday July 10, 2008 I ordered 5 different items from this company. I even received my invoice from them by email for the total of $135.94 they already charged on my credit card. Out of the 5 items, 3 of them were listed online for "Next Day Delivery"...Chlorine Tabs, Shock & Clarifier....I knew the telescopic pole & vacuum head would take longer. But knowing that the chemicals should have been "Next Day Delivery" I should have received them by Friday, as I got my invoice that they were processing my order at 10:21 am on 7-10-08 (THUR). This was the first & LAST time ordering from them.

Because I hadn't received my order by next day I waited until the weekend was over, and called the company on Monday afternoon 7-14-08 around 2 pm as I still had NOT received my email that my ordered had shipped with my tracking number. So when I call the company, the girl on the phone tells me she is not sure why my items had shipped late, she said she has no explanation. All she knew was that the tracking with the carrier said I would receive my item by 7-15-08. I explained to her that they were falsely advertising about this, and now my pool was turning green because they decided to ship my products out late, when I asked her what they were planning on doing, the girl hung up on me. That didn't fly with me, and it made me madder about the whole situation. So I called back got a different girl. I demanded to talk to a supervisor, she wouldn't hand me over to anyone, all she did was put me on hold for a long time, when she came back she asked me how she can help. I went thru the same thing, so she checked tracking as well, and said the same thing, she had no idea why it was shipped out late, but I should receive them on 7-15-08. When I asked her what the tracking number was for my items so I could keep track of it myself, she wouldn't give it to me. So I told her "I guess since the 15th is tomorrow, I will just wait for them". I told her I was never ordering from them again, she said "Sorry you feel that way, have a good day" and she hung up.

Well it is now 7-16-08 12:34 am and still NOTHING!! I am so disappointed in this company. I needed these chemicals by Friday, latest Saturday because now my pool is green, and it is going to take forever to clean it up. If I had known they were NOT true by their word of "Next Day Delivery" with the chemicals, I would have used the money I spent on them at a local store on Saturday when I could have went out to get them myself.

I am calling once again and finding out how to get my money back since it is now going on a week since I ordered my chemicals I have not received. I now have to spend extra money to buy products for my pool so my kids hopefully will be able to use the pool by next week.

I am VERY upset that when I talked to that last girl, she would not let me talk to a supervisor OR get the tracking number and what carrier they use so I can check myself. I am all for working things out, but this company has scammed me for my money and will NOT work half way with me! And now I have to pay extra for the chemicals of money I don't have to spend as I am on a tight budget with gas prices thru the roof!!

I am mad!!! DO NOT believe "Next Day Delivery"...they lie to you!!

Krissy - I must say as a consumer myself I feel your pain. We deliver thousands of next day packages successfully every week to glowing reviews but we clearly dropped the ball on this one. Sounds like you may have written us off but if not contact me (262-605-3008) and I will be glad to give you a merchandise credit you can use on your next order.

Well I finally received my items this morning 7-16-08 (6 days AFTER ordering) DEFINITELY NOT Next Day Delivery!! I would NEVER recommend NOR buy from this company again!! There are plenty of other online companies with GREAT service and TRUE next day delivery!!
