Not a very nice bank, they refuse to wave a ridiculous $87 late charge on a home equity line and threaten me with foreclosure. Loan : 0500254149 I worked out arrangements with mike in collections (very nice) only to have Nicole Davidson turn the entire plan down. I have been a customer since the 1990’s and explained I almost died from pancreatitis.
Very shameful and unethical. Beware of doing business with Dollar Bank. This bank is not the old fashioned mom and pa bank they want the image of. Quite opposite actually, very money hungry and they could care less about years of loyalty.

This is a business deal where they were to lend you money and you were to pay them back. That's all! They did what they said they would do...lend you money. On the other hand, YOU failed to do what YOU said YOU would do...make on time payments.
There are no clauses in the contract which YOU agreed to which give you a pass for anything, unless you die and they've heard ALL the excuses! (Now's the time to write back and say, "you must work for them".
