So you get your revenge by committing vandalism on his car? Did you volunteer this information to the police also? What are you going to do if someone saw you or they investigate and find your fingerprints on his car. Then they will be around to arrest you. Your actions not only affect him but his girlfriend as well. What did she ever so to you? You are making her suffer because you are acting like a jerk. If you don't like working for this guy go work somewhere else. If you are sure this guy put glass in your pizza with the intention of harming you give it to the police. Also, contact a lawyer if the police or the DA aren't going top pursue it. I would also contact Dominos corporate if you can prove the way he is treating his employees. Now instead the District Attorney may end up charging you for vandilizing the car even though you feel justified. We do not live an Eye for an Eye society. If you think that is the way to settle things then leave the USA because we don't handle things that way. Why egg this guy on to so more to you? What is he going to do if he finds out it was you who ruined his car? Are you sure he doesn't read this report or someone he knows. You have given enough info for them to figure out who you are.......

Ben, Don't you realize that you just confessed to a crime by writing what you did to his truck? You'd better hope Julian does not get ahold of this thread as he could use it to have you arrested. I feel your pain as I have had bad bosses before too (although not as bad as you're claiming Julian to be), but you gotta think before you post. Good luck in your effort to have Julian fired, as it seems he is not a very nice person. I just hope your last post does not come back to bite you in the a&&. BTW, how is he racist? You don't mention anything regarding that in your original post.

Boerne,#4UPDATE EX-employee responds

I understand what your saying now John. I have already called the Boerne Police Department. They told me that they have to know who put the glass in the pizza. He said the best I could do is to hand over the pizza to the police department, they would inspect it, and then follow up by possibly interviewing employees there. He said it's hard to prove one person did it because if no one saw that person actually putting the glass in the pizza, then no one gets charged. Plus who's going to tell the police he did it, if there's a possibility of retaliation? A lot of people in the workplace, where ever it may be, are intimidated by their supervisors; even to the point that they are quiet about illegal or immoral activities that take place or are directed at employees themselves. Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie is very intimidating in the respect that he talks down to employees, looses his cool, constantly talks behind their backs, and goes as far as to threaten their jobs. I even took the liberty of talking to Dain Funderburg about Julians behavior. Because Julian is a General Manager: eg; Dain is the Franchisee of several stores in the area; Dain can't afford to loose Julian. So at best he may talk to Julian. Dain isn't there the entire time the Boerne establishment is open. In fact; there were days when Dain would not come in to check up on things. So Julian could easily have accosted me without Dain's knowledge. Without the presence of other employees to witness the accosting, it would be my word against Julians, in which case, he would be considered the beliver because he has a solid two year track record with Dain. I had not yet established my trust, and even lost some of it because of an incident regarding me and Julian. He was downtalking me infront of customers for a simple mistake of mis-tagging a box (labels for what kind of pizza is supposed to be placed in that particular box). Instead of simply printing out a new order label (carbon printer labels), he unnecessarily chewed me out infront of 4 customers. He called me stupid, inane, and clumsy. He was having a bad day and several other employees were making mistakes also. BUT, he always accosts employees infront of customers. He could have pulled me to the back and said something. So in return when the customers left, I accosted him infront of the other employees. I told him "Next time you yell at me infront of those other customers I am going make you pay. You G-Dammned f*cking wino excuse for an italian and general manager" I then muttered "piece of sh*t fu*k As$" He then proceeded to turn bright red as I had made several employees laugh at him, he was clearly embarassed and flustered. He yelled "SHUT THE FU*K UP AND GET BACK TO WORK!!" and stormed to the office, slammed the door, and I heard him throw something in the office. After me and some of my friends laughed our as$es off for a few minutes, he yelled at me to get the hell into the office. I thought I was going to be fired. He yelled at me, and I simply told him not to accost me infront of customers for some stupid mistake. He wrote me up and said the next time I would not have a job. I refused to sign the write up and told him "whatever." He told me to go home. I came in a few days later on my next scheduled day to work and Dain was there. Dain was helpful and polite, and simply said Julian was wrong, but I was also wrong for yelling back. And it will not be tolerated. Thats the story I think that led up to him and his over-emotional girlfriend Sam hating me. Because I embarassed the heck out of Julian, and Dain rejecting the write up, tearing it up himself with me and Julian in the office, that led to Julian feeling revengeful. Thats fine though because i'm quite surprised he got to work today because last night as retribution, I went to his place of residence, went under his truck and drained the oil pan. I brought a 10 quart oil pan so there would be no puddles for him to notice. So with no oil in his engine, and granted a small but unnoticible 'crack in his gas tank' (I wonder how that got there hehe), I wonder how he managed to get to work. I haven't seen his truck so i'm hoping for the worst. The only thing he would have noticed would have been a smell of gasoline. But the problem is he backs his truck up into the parking space. So his tank is right next to the grass which leads downslope about 50 or so feet. So the gas can drain off. Next time he retaliates against me, it might be slashed tires, or even better, straight diesel fuel with about 30%-40% lead additive added in (btw his truck is unleaded fuel type). So if he wants to play these little games i'm perfectly capable of playing them. The comments I made about his mother were out of line and it is wrong of me to make them. I take them back without any reservations what so ever. I was more so angry when I made them. I do not however, condone his actions towards employees when Dain is not around. The malicious actions started on his part. And I will retaliate accordingly. As an example, Israel is a neutral country with Iran. No diplomatic relations, but no acts of war on either country's part. If Iran fired a medium range missle at Israel, then Israel would be forced to retaliate against Iran. Most likely by firing several cruise missles at Iran. Upping the retaliation stakes is meant to deter any further attacks. I fully intend to access these options should another attack against me take place. What happens when an engine has no oil in it when it is started? If his girlfriend Sam drives him off to work everyday, it's possible if not very likely that they drove the 1 mil eto work, but didnt make it. So i'm sure the glass in the pizza was avenged properly. Again, I am sorry for the offending remarks about his mom. I recently moved back to town from college, just for the summer, but i'm thinking of transferring my credits from Waco to San Antonio (Boerne is 15 mi north of San Antonio). And in my first report I typed I worked for 3 months at Dominos, and then immediately in the next paragraph I said I worked there for 4 months. It was 4 months, incase it looks like an error. Thanks for suggetions or advice you might have.

Part of your storey doesn't seem true. If this man had put glass in your pizza and gave it to you and you then turned it over to authorities this man would probably have bewen arrested for assault. Also, if you have the evidence law enforcement would have taken it. If you are keeping this evidence it probably is stinkin pretty bad and probably can not be used against him in court. If he is guilty of the other atrocitied you claim, then file a complaint with your state labor board and Dominos. I'm sure their corporate office wouldn't stand for this. How can you be so insincere about his mother? How would you feel if others talked about your family mewmbers that way. Instead of spouting off you should follow through.
