I ordered the two carryout items for $6.99 each, per usual. I was trying to call before I boarded the bus on the way home from work, way before the dinner rush so my order would be ready by the time I got from Cleveland to Lakewood. The phone rang forever before anyone answered, then the staff member who answered tried to rush me by asking if I wanted the same order as last time before I could even open my mouth to speak. (No, I did not. I ordered loaded tots and one pizza instead of two 2-topping pizzas) Everything was margiinally fine until I tucked in to the pizza I brought home. It was dry as dust because there wasn't a drop of sauce, and it was bland. Usually Domino's hand-tossed pizza is zesty, and the crust is salty and savory. This was just Nothingsville. Further, no one had bothered to slice it.

I called back and complained to acting manager Laurie becuase Chris, the store manager who purportedly is also the district manager conveniently hasd the day off. I was then subject to a litany of excuses about how by pizza lacked flavor and substance because the pizza makers are now required to measure every ingredient and topping (hence the absence of sauce....I guess), and something else about how whoever was staffing the cutting didn't have their head in the game  or whatever. Laurie then offered me a brand-new pizza with free delivery and a full refund in the form of a credit on my next order. That doesn't account for the unmerited $3.00 cash tip I left, which was in excess of 20% (or all the others before that one for that matter), but we can't have everything, I suppose.

All was well until the James, the deliveryboy called me. I never get pizza delivered, but I did in the reent past because I lived too far away from Domino's to pick up an order without a car, I had a $60.00 gift card, and I could use my gift card for my orders, as well as delivery fees and tips. So during this episode of 19 May 2023, I didn't give my new address because I'm not accustomed to delivery orders, and Laurie neglected the common-sense consideration of verifying (although she would attempt to gaslight light me in a follow-up call to claim that she did verify).  The deliveryboy went to my former address and called me with an attitude and a chip on his shoulder right out the gate. He was nasty, rude and argumentative.

Store personnel,, especially those circling the drain in the service industry, never care when a customer states that they'll never patronize the busoiness again. That's okay. But it will be my extreme pleasure to spend my money elsewhere and deprive Domino's staff of the tips they delusionally believe they so richly deserve.

In fairness, but grudgingly, my merchadise arrived after Haus & Hues processed a refund, which has hit my bank account. As of this writing, I have gotten the poster I ordered at no cost untilthey decide to bill my card again, even though they said they wouldn't.

Side note: The poster is so measly and so flimsy, what I paid for it should be the price for the framed version. Either way, avoid Haus & Hues online, on Amazon, and in person. They're the utmost worst. I was ready to hop on a bus and head down to Florida to do what I needed to do to take care of business. You don't need anything badly enough to buy it from this horor show of an organization.

After posting my orilginal complaint, I saw a sign on the door of the Domino's Pizza store stating that the owner and operator of the franchise is JCB Pizza, LLC out of Ricky River, Ohio. Apparently, the principals are Brian Distin and John Distin.
