Donerite, LLC is a sham that claims to be a licensed and insured company specializing in framing, siding, windows, doors, finishing basements, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tiles, ceilings, fascia and soffit, gutters, decks, hardwood flooring, carpet installations, fences, remodeling and rehabs, kitchen and bathrooms.

The two men sent out to complete my job (Marlin Pallas and Robert Brown) were unprofessional and the workmanship was shoddy. The finished job was almost comically bad. They left holes in my ceiling and construction debris throughout my home. During the course of the work one of the men tripped repeatedly on wires in the attic cutting power to main rooms in my home. The "repair" of this problem led to several rooms being wired together where power in one room could only be turned on and off with ALL appliances in another.

In the end, some of my property was damaged and the job was not complete. When calculating my total these men charged more than what was agreed upon. This company took off with the money I had paid them, promising that they would fix the problems and replace the damaged property. I have been blatantly lied to several times. The operations manager (Joanne Pallas) is beyond abrasive and demeaning with no provocation.

Donerite, LLC will do poor work, take your money, and be nasty to you while doing it! It's been a nightmare.

Why business should not be conducted with Julia Deblasio

Julia Deblasiohired DONERITE, LLC to do some electrical work in her home and was very satisfied with the work. We received 50% deposit up front and the balance upon completion to the customer satisfaction. She paid when the job was completed because she was satisfied. The price never changed and she chose to purchase an expense board from Lowes to be used without our knowledge or consent. All issues with her old wiring was addressed within a few hours of her call. She praised the workers as being professional, what an about face. She called because the recessed lights bulb was blown. A worker came out in a few hours to change the bulb to prove to Julia and her dad it was the bulb not the wiring, this was after the job was completed for no additional charge plus we paid for the new bulb. Since she claimed after the job was completed and she paid that the board had a few holes from the lights being drilled and it looked bad, we were willing to match the piece and do it over. After nasty phone calls from Julia, her dad, boyfriend and company, we decided to stick to the the basic, which is the job was completed and the customer was happy and paid the balance. We can't stay in business catering to every fickle customer whim. We responded quickly to every issue and did not charge extra in fact we took a loss running to Julia every whim.
