Management absolutely sucks. No one ever answers your calls. You always get the offsite team. You leave a message with them and no one ever gets back to you from the actual location. There’s tons of issues with people smoking marijuana, noisy pipes and little ticky tacky fees and penalties they get you for (like randomly increasing your service fee for gas, water, garbage etc...).
They’re not here to help you....they’re here to make your life more complicated and frustrating. Also they love sending multiple emails out about updates when they mess up. For example, they had water issues and continually sent out updates because they couldn’t fix the issue. It’s as if they get paid more not to help you. Maintenance team is cool though but they get direction from management. If I could contact them directly I so would because they’re the ones who make this place run.
