I was a former client of this place and I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy..my insurance was billed for services I never received seeing drs and psychiatrists on an almost daily basis. They burned out insurance policies, changing people's discharge dates based on how many more days their policy will pay, billing people's insurance after they were already discharged from the program.
Holding clients their against their will, and saying they can only let clients leave with certain people that they say is ok. Even though once they sign a discharge paper they are no longer a client at the facility but trying to tell them who can pick them up or not. As someone who successfully completed the program I went there with another client who successfully completed the program also and went to pick up someone's belonging that they were holding and would not give her, her own personal belongs.
Then the three of us were threaten by their "head of security, in a gas station parking lot. Making threats that "our asses were his" and we had better watch out because we had something coming to us. Also the house that they were housing 10 clients in was not even allowed to have that many people in it, because it is illegal to have 10 people in a 4 bedroom house the owners of house found out and they had to send all the clients except 3 to an over crowded house. Because they were illegally housing people in the house for over 8 months.
I was also threatened but the CEO Scott Frankel after an incident where a client had got money brought to her while in the staffs care, then had someone bring drugs to the house..Scott Frankel then attempted to blame me for orchestrating the whole thing and said " he was going to put a bullet in the guy's head who brought the drugs and that he'd do the same to me because I was no different than him."
Also while I was there I had over $1,000 put into my acct for spending money, which was always screwed up, almost every weekend I was told my acct was negative and I owed them money. When asked to provide records of my accts for all my deposited and spent money, they were unable to do this. The women to took over the accts about halfway through my time there had said that anything regarding my acct prior to her starting was not her problem and she would not discuss it with me or my mother who was the one putting the money on the acct.
Also I know of clients that are told their discharge will be "against medical advice" if they do not go to the halfway house that they pick for them. Which they have contracts with and received a commission for each client who they send there. Which for a lot of people who are required to "successfully" complete the program for work or court, they are left with no thee option then to do what they are told.
