I ordered from a predetermined list . I chose a size LARGER than I normally wear. I ordered this wedding dress in size 12. This company does not disclose they are a foreign company so a standard size 12 would have been large on me. The dress they sent me was poorly made, arrived 2 weeks late in a cheap plastic bag and although it was pretty, it didn't conform the standard size 12measurements so it was TOO SMALL TO ZIP UP. While disappointed as a bride i was confident this could be rectified by just having them send me a larger size. WRONG. They danced with their broken English attempt at live chat by saying I could not return the dress AT ALL. Only a BARBIE could fit in the dress they sent me. They will not do anything to rectify the situation. Also, as a small indicator I should have recognized they offered a 20 percent discount which cannot be redeemed no matter how you approach the attempt to take advantage of this "imaginary" discount the "offer".
