DRI-RITE CARPET CLEANING UNPROFESSIONAL - UNETHICAL - UNRELIABLE - POOR MANAGEMENT Owasso Oklahoma
We had made and agreement with this company to come and service one of our businesses on a Sunday morning. Price had been set, date of service had been set - we brought additional staff in on overtime to assist, did not rent a number of rooms to provide them the ability to get started at the set start time of 10:30.
The Tech called me on my personal cell phone at 9:45 a.m. and confirmed they were on the way to do the job. at 9:55. the tech called the business, and just wanted to "leave a message for the manager" that said they were cancelling. No call back number - nothing - even though he had called and spoken the the manager only minutes before on the cell phone.
Manager attempted to call - no one would answer, no one would return calls and only about an hour later a text came to the managers cell phone. They were to chicken to pick up the phone as a business should do and discuss any issue they may have - but instead they took the unethical and unprofessional route of hiding and not properly responding.
They called the hotel but would not leave a return number, they would not answer my calls or texts, but rather just went and hid - They had an agreement to do the work - and only minutes before it was due to begin, they cancelled and would not even speak on the phone to us about why, what - but only left a message with the minimum wage girl at the desk and refused to call the manager to explain the issue or attempt to resolve it.
WHO would do business with a company like this. We will not - we have informed everyone we know and we will continue to share with every business, apartment complex and hotel we know - that will keep them down to only doing small houses if even those to stay in business - UNPROFESSIONAL - POOR BUSINESS HABITS - UNRELIABLE -
