DRI*KFTP 4.9.498 Cardquery.com MNDRI*KFTP has taken 49.99 on my Visa Check Card bank said it was signed for! Eden Prairie Minnesota
I had a unautorized visa check card purchase of the amount of 49.99. That was done 10-20-07 and came out 10-22-07. I just found out. I don't even know who they are. I called the bank and they told me it was some coumputer store place and the purchase was signed for. I or my husband signed nothing, so now I have to go to the bank to fight this.
I tryed to call but they give you the run around and keep asking for account info. I shouldn't have to go though all this trouble because some scam artist is stealing my money, I have two young children to take care of. Watch out they will go for anyone in any state. The Attorney General needs to do something, I don't know how my info to do this was even gotten or who excepted a forged name. That right there breaks the law.

I finally got a hold of someone at cardquery.com. They tryed to say they didn't do anything wrong and someone stole my info and bought there product. I had already filed a report with the bank. Cardquery.com tryed to do the same. As of 10-30-07 my money of 49.99 was put back in my account. I think they should have to pay for all the trouble they put me though, I had to order a new card which takes a week to get and place's these days are hard to find that take checks. I got two kids to take care of and people know how it is to feed two growing boy's, action should be taken against these people.
